Draft genome sequence of Raoultella ornithinolytica Nonyl 4-3 isolated from wastewater effluent

Abstract
A nonylphenol-degrading bacterium designated Raoultellaornithinolytica Nonyl 4-3 was isolated from a wastewatereffluent. Genome sequencing of strain Nonyl 4-3 was performedusing the PacBio RSII system. The draft genome was composedof 6,205,705 bp with a G + C content of 55.3%. Genomeanalysis revealed that strain Nonyl 4-3 harbored a variety ofmonooxygenases and dioxygenases which are key enzymesinvolved with nonylphenol degradation.
